after a week's absence from the gym i was back in full force
for my personal training sessions with my fitness trainer, Firdaus,
who i swear is out to KILL me!
i workout everyday, 5 times a week, 1 hour sessions,
that's only because i have all the time in the world for now.
for each session he strategically prepares a routine that
targets 1 main muscle group for that day.
for the chest, there's bench-press, inclines, dips, push-ups,
free-weight press etc.
for arms, there's the bicep & triceps workouts, pull-ups/push-downs etc.
for the back, there's the lats, upper, lower and central areas to work out.
then there's the shoulder too!
but what i hate is the LEGS. i hate legs!
it bad enough that the body aches forever after each session
so imagine the legs.
not being able to support its own body weight, wobbling with
every step and almost tripping on your own toes!
leg lifts. leg curls. squats and half squats. leg press etc!
and he's evil too.
he only/always schedules leg workout on fridays.
i don't do much partying or clubbing on the weekend
but doing legs on fridays really doesn't leave me with
much programmes for the weekend!
and the painusually carries itself thru to the following monday.
he doesn't stop to torture me, seriously.
and he knows i hate him.
i see results but i still hate him.
