True or false advertising?

Had a chat with a friend today about infomercials that sells placebo drugs for the purpose of enhancing the male genital area or performance. So then this friend of mine talked about whether there's a pill that would tighten up the female genital area and it hit me. About a few weeks ago I recieved this email from my brother which he got off of a friend so I've decided to share it so everyone could have a great laugh...enjoy

So I decided to do a bit more reseach on this point and here's what I came up with. You'd be suprised on the things that pops up on google.

If you haven't guess what it is...it's a vibrator that hooks up to the ipod. Don't know exactly how it works but from what I see from this picture while the girl is doing her thing the guy can still listen to his ipod?
