Visiting my friend Mario's restaurant has become a weekly routine.
Always fun people, always such a happy vibe.
Yesterday had the honor to dine with Mr. Frank Muller and his mother.
To tell you the truth, I didn't know he actually existed...
Tho I thought it was a brand name,
and/or thought the premier manufacturer already past away,
it was he himself.
whoops...
and he is only 50years old.
He is a very funny, down to earth, and nice man.
I found my favorite ワインのつまみ。
I had a taste of this for the first time in my life at Mario's restaurant.
And immediately fell in love with it.
ever since, I ask for this everytime I go to his restaurant.
It's best with foie gras, delicious with patte, or simply spread on bread.

It's Italian honey with Italian black truffles.
