Dawn is near but not so here

Pitch black covers an earthen sky

Friday sings a thoughtful key

Unravelling her mastery;

Wanders independent to delight

Wendy twinkle Wendy star

Words and text have brought in clear

Your genius driven creative sears

Like fireflies with blazened wings

You dance  your talents evident dear

Pretty clouds hide a sterling shine

Beaming from her sparkle -eyes

In love with nostalgia you and I

Smoking barrels fire with ire

Passioned full yet cruel some

Art is murder in passioned guise

Twinkle Wendy twinkle star

A fragile heart dressed in bronze

Iron plated courage gold

A stranger yet not so strange

Shine then excellent muse

Charge the sky in robust awe

Dedicated to adore.

*Wrote this for Wendy because I thought of her. In many ways, Wendy inspires me and her views are always useful and encouraging. Frank and genial, Wendy has taught me much.Her talents mar not her interest to seek and question people from all walks.
