Heavy downpour. So sudden. I was driving my mum’s car in the midst of the heavy rain, couldn’t see the road clearly, scared to brake too suddenly. But rain has a calming effect on me.
Pitter-patter. Whoosh.
I think the cast & crew of “The Screwtape Letters” are still suffering from post-production syndrome, some kind of withdrawal symptoms. Hahaha.

Many other photos. I hope to be able to get my hands on all of them! Planning for the PPP (Post-production Party) is in progress… It is going to be one DIABOLICAL party!
It’s still raining. * Contented Sigh*
Thank God for all the opportunities I have received this week. I’ve attended 4 auditions this week. Hopefully I’ll be able to snag all of them! Hahaha, aren’t you greedy, Laura? Expectation management. I hope to be able to land at least 2 of the roles, particularly the ones where I auditioned for the lead & main supporting characters.
I received one offer today, to act on one episode of R.E.M. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the schedule, ‘cos they’re filming this Saturday! I’ll be busy emcee-ing a Mandarin forum for KDF this Saturday. Sigh.Never mind, God has something bigger for me! Praying for more open doors & good news tomorrow! Thank God.
Also received an offer to do more than 40 shows for The Fun Stage in April & May. Apparently, they’re thinking of taking me on as one of their full-time actors. Wow. I didn’t audition for them, but I did one show for them on Monday ‘cos my friend recommended me. Now, I’m trying desperately to balance my schedule.
Tuition is also piling up. It’s good money & thank God, it’s pretty flexible. My students are quite understanding. I’m so thankful for everything that God has been doing in my life.
Maybe as I invested my time into “The Screwtape Letters”, God is opening more doors for me. It truly is a testimony that God doesn’t shortchange you, and He will always give you more than enough, an abundance that is overflowing.
Ok, I’m going to do my QT. Night!
Love the rain. “Rain down, all around the world we’re singing… Rain down, can you hear the earth is singing… Rain down, my heart is dry but still I’m singing… Rain down, rain it down on me.”
