Staple, Karmaloop, Clinton Sparks, and Ron English

We went to check out Ron English's exhibition at DNM "Abraham Obama" for a quick second...Photo's courtesy of Derrick Fong It's that time of the year when everyone comes by to HK...It's always good catching up with good friends and meeting new ones.  Jeff Staple and Nathalie Ramirez flew in and we met up with them for Tiffens dessert buffet! Brian was thrilled to find out that Jeff has a sweet tooth...Thanks for the flicks Nathalie. Karmaloop's founder and CEO Greg & Dina Selkoe, came with Clinton Sparks to support his show.  We showed them around like any good Mayor & Mayoress of Hong Kong would do... showing them HK and spending a few days stuffing our faces silly and consuming enough sugar the Willy Wonka way.  Needless to say, we had a good time and it was inspiring to meet another couple working together and loving what they do.  As Brian kept saying "You guys are dope! Definitely the #2 couple!" In my lifetime, I have probably spent 80% of it around B-boys but, I've never seen one start spinning in the entranceway of a high-end street boutique in the middle of IFC.
