Looking for talent (SF Bay Area only)

I'm planning on a video project and hoping to find some talents to join. Ideally:

• male or female ok

• roughly below 35 (not discrimination but the target audience is supposed to be the younger group)

• energetic, outgoing, eloquent, not afraid to speak in public

• speak Cantonese or Mandarin fluently

• able to read/write Chinese (at least intermediate level)

• gonna be in the Bay Area for a while (that means, not frequent traveler who is always not available)

This is a longer term project, that's why I want someone who live in the Bay Area...
