last week I have spent an afternoon to make a 3 minute short film, and it will be screened at "The Three-Minute Film Festival" hosted by Root Division, a non-profit art organization based in the Mission area this weekend.
Besides my film, some of my friends also have their films lined up for the fest. Don't expect
anything very formal or artistic, it is more like an informal but fun event and so if any of you in town wanna see some interesting short films and have a drink, do drop by and take a look.
Btw, there will be an audience award for this fest, so do come and support our films! (i.e. VOTE!) Also please spread the words to anyone who may be interested.
Date: August 11 (Sat)
Time: 7-11pm
Location: 3175 17th Street, San Francisco
About my film, it is an experimental with no narrative at all, just a series of image or i would say a personal record of memories... it was fun making it, but not sure if audiences might find it interesting...the only thing i can say to defend it is probably: art is subjective... :)
Don't forget your dream!
