Wine Tasting with Asian American Community Organizations

Les Tso and the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) are hosting a wine tasting event mixed with an Asian American community organization fair on Friday, May 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Green Room of the War Veterans Memorial Building, 401 Van Ness, San Francisco.

Attendees will be able to taste more than 30 premium wines from then wineries including Wente Vineyards (Livermore), Mahoney Vineyards (Carneros) and Pinoy Wines (Sonoma).

In addition to (H)API Hour, other groups providing information for attendees include Asian American Theater Company, Chinese For Affirmative, Wokai, Community Youth Center, APA Family Support Services, Oriented, Hyphen Magazine, Asian Community Mental Health Services and Richmond Area Multi-Services.  Other organizations may be added.

Admission is $12 by April 30, $15 after that, and $20 at the door.  NAAAP members are $10. You can register and pay on naaapsf.org.
