Here’s my transformation so far (ay I didn’t get it from my mama!?) I have been training consistently for about 2.5 years, I lift 6 days a week (sometimes more) and eat the right food (99% of the time) to fuel my body. I have also been adding some cardio into my training routine as I am prepping for my first competition. What I am trying to say is, all of us have the ability to build the body that we want, we shouldn’t just sit here and wish for it.
