The Hands-Free Law - in full effect today

I don't think I could speak for all of California, but most people would agree with me that this new legislation is ridiculous. I don't think the roads are going to be any safer if people start using Bluetooth headsets or whatever device that enables them to drive without a cellphone occupying their hands.
