UFC light heavyweight Rashad Evans wearing red Pharaoh's Curse tee (HDNet Inside MMA)
For UFC and mixed martial arts junkies out there- this one's for you.
This past week, UFC Light heavyweight Rashad "Sugar" Evans joined a panel on Inside MMA (HDNet) wearing Kallusive's Pharaoh's Curse tee*, most appropriate for the dude who knocked the lights out of former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell. With that TKO, he came up on $120,000 ($60K to show up, and another $60K to win).
So who is this guy, and why is he relevant? What's next? (Some quick info so you can justify your next Pay-Per-View purchase)
Let's go back in time to September to UFC 88 when Rashad Evans beat Chuck Liddell, former UFC light heavyweight champion. This victory moves him up to elite status, and UFC President Dana white officially announced the headlining bouts for UFC 92 " The Ultimate 2008."
The undefeated Evans will go up against UFC light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin for the 205-pound title on December 27 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
