Born in Hong Kong. Justin attended boarding school in England at the age of 13. Then studied film at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Upon return to Hong Kong, he joined Moviola Productions as production assistant, and later became assistant director at Such Films Limited. Justin began directing in 1996 and has been working extensively in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. He has won numerous advertising awards, including

• 26th Times Advertising Awards Gold Award for McDonald’s campaign

• 15th London Int’ Advertising Awards Finalist for Visual
Direction for Orange TVC

• 8th Times Int’ Chinese Advertising Awards Bronze Award
for America Online campaign

With the establishment of Hoo-ha Pictures in 2005, Justin hopes to extend his creative freedom into other platforms.
