電擊能戒癮？山東臨沂市一家所謂網癮戒治中心，負責人利用聲稱獨創的醒腦療法，能以電擊糾正並為孩子戒除網癮，成效百分之百。但多名自稱過來人的青少年控訴，治療期間生不如死，每次電擊都劇痛難耐，甚至昏迷。外界質疑此種療法不人道，令孩子留下心理陰影。
