a new direction

Recently, This Music Studio has had has had the joy of welcoming a unique local artist into it's doors.  Race Wong, has been spending the last month or so of 2010 working on a new album with hong kong's new uber prodcer Kelvin Avon. The sound of this album can't be described with any word other than, amazing.

Fans of the local star will be delight at the new look Race who is edgier, sexier and more confident with her new music.  Kelvin has helped her fashion a brand new sound which will excite fans and newbies a like.

Those of us who have had the pleasure of being around during this process have been impressed with what we've heard and are hopeful that people will embrace Race in her new form.

She also has been hard at work, with choreographer Jennifer Chiang at adding some moves to the grooves. So far what we have seen has been quite promising. Under the watchful eye of Spencer Douglass and thanks to Arne Venema's deft editing skills we now bring you a small video showcasing our work in the studio.

It's an exciting time for all of us here and i hope you are looking forward to the new music as much as we are.  We hope to see you at the performance cheering along with us.
