Totally Sondheim!

I checked out Opening night of "Totally Sondheim"!

Directed by Glen Chin with Desmond So as the narrator and performances by Seth Chan, Gladys Ho, Cherry Lam, and Rick - Hok-Leung Cheung.

The show was great.  Awesome performances by all and a really cool concept, taking the songs of Steve Sondheim that were written about NY and tweaking them just a little to show they can easily be about Hong Kong too.

Here's me inside the theater... couldn't quite find my spotlight... :)

Accompanying me for the evening was the lovely Jane Wong, who did a better job at finding her light inside the theater.  ;)

I couldn't take pics inside the theater, so I took some pics of the promotional pics they hung outside the theater for promotional purposes.

Check out Desmond in this rendition of "The Worst Baos in Mongkok" a Hong Kong version of "The Worst Pies in London" from Sweeney Todd.  One of my favorite performances of the evening.  :)

During intermission, they offered these complimentary.  haha

If you see any of them in the streets, be fore to give them a big thumbs up on their performance.  Hope you all get to check out more theater shows like this in the future.  ;)
