Speak Up @ Bisous and After

I went to Speak Up! at it's new venue in the newly opening lounge of awesomeness Bisous!

Going there, I was sad contemplating the thought that I would not be able to take pics of my adventure there, since I had been previously told I could not take pictures inside of Bisous due to management concerns over, whatever they may concern themselves about.  I prefer to think that it is because I didn't have a flash on my camera at the time (hence further the idea that the world does indeed revolve around me.  haha)

Luckily, Elden Cheung was there to capture some awesome moments on his camera.... here's what I found on his website: 101sight.com.

So it was a splendid event indeed!

Big ups to Katrina, Janelle, and Mike on setting up an awesome new hangout joint with some lovely dancers providing nightly entertainment.  Add oil!

Also big ups to Dopeboy, who all rocked the mic at Speak Up!

And big ups to Kate and Roger for once again bringing the HK artist community together with another momentous rendition of a momentous event series!

After Speak Up, however, some of us decided to go for a bit of a different vibe.  Something more low key... and someplace that would be a lot less low key after we got there.  So we headed over to Bit Point.

Before we got there, what alcohol I consumed at Speak Up, inspired me to purchase a pair of blue, light up glass frames from a lady who was selling such novelties.  Interestingly enough, if my memory serves correctly, I do believe I bargained for these glasses entirely in Cantonese, which I am very proud of myself for having done.  :)

And thus, here is a little look at how things went at Bit Point.
