Thoughts

Thanks Sweeties for your love & concern shown in my previous blog . My sore throat has subsided altho every morning still sneeze blood nowadays. And i didn't help matters by ordering Macs just now at 10 plus pm! I'm a greedy person....saw a variety show starring gleaming fried crabs and thot about my Jin Sha crabs (mentioned in my previous blogs with yummy photo. Recap: it's actually butter creamy crabs with white pepper and the thot of soaking the butter cream gravy with the fried Mantou made me hungry!) Plus Macs came back with the Chinese New Year Prosperity Burger meal which consists of black pepper beef elongated burger with my fav curly fries and a drink which i chose green tea. So full now.....Too bad the beef burger was not as delicious as i thot it to be like last year, and the curly fries were not piping hot due to the rain perhaps. Poor Mac delivery guy had to brave the rain to send my order. So i just said a simple Thank you and take care~

Just now suddenly looked back at my actual days wedding photos and thot how fast time flies. I remembered how much time and effort was taken to record each and every process and how u guys shared my joy and excitement. And suddenly everything's in the past already.

Now priority is on career, to earn more from my meagre salary. And funny thing is, I have been getting emails randomly enquiring about piano lessons, which is good. I guess they took from a website called 88db.com which i can't remember wat i wrote even :p Tried to find, but strangely after looking thru all the pages, couldnt find my own entry?! Well, at least ppl did email me, that's wat matters i guess. Just hoping at least 1 student or more perhaps would come through out of these correspondences.

This year 2008, the sch had given me new classes which replaced some old ones which graduated. 1 class followed through to the next level, 1 class is a completely new slot given. Busier now, which i guess is good. Just more tiring. And hope my 'uncomfirmed unwell-ness' would not affect my job in the future.  

I'm pretty happy with some of my students who have shone through. Last sunday i asked if anyone would like to perform for the whole class (and they were only like 4 plus year olds?), 1 boy raised his hand. I asked the other good students if  they wanted to join in, but they declined. So the boy performed the song The Cuckoo alone. It was flawless, and the cut offs were perfect. Was very happy to see the fruits of my labour. This was only 1 boy. There's another class whereby the progress is super fast and the kids are already learning things which i haven't taught them. Very bright children. Guess the more average students' parent would be stressed out in that class man. I have to think on the spot extra things to teach them since they finish my lesson plan before the 1 hr. Heh. Maybe that's why the previous relief teacher (during my honeymoon) couldn't take the stress and didn't teach them in the end...:P

Ok talked about food, the past, my career, and now my nephew. He's currently staying together with us meaning my mother-in-law (MIL). And he seems to be closer to us than his own parents due to them both working. Mr Cloudz just now said when he came back, my nephew was asking for me to sing songs with him since i teach him a few songs from wat i learnt in my music sch, but im at my own home now. Quite a cute boy. Just that next time if i have my own kids, my MIL has to take care of not only my kid but him also. So there'd be attention/time divided.

Mm...Jan 9, it's my mum's birthday. Dunno if have time to celebrate tmr since everyone seems to be busy. Maybe Thurs see how.
