Story of The Proposal~

I realised i didn't tell the story of how my fiance proposed. Anyway he did it last year Aug, on the eve of his birthday. I actually booked the Equinox (top of former westin) to celebrate his birthday. Very nice bird's eye view at night especially...

I went to meet him direct at the restaurant after my church think it was a Sunday. We ordered ala carte. And they seemed scared that we were hungry, gave us quite a bit of bread b4 dinner. It was expensive but nice food. He had tenderloin and i had fish. We shared a glass of champagne. While waiting for food, i was playing with my newly bought camera and started taking random pics of him, our 1st dating rings. And little did i know wat will happen later.

The waiters were blur, they thought it was my birthday, so they brought out the bear, bouquet of roses. And i was so blur, i was like "Huh, hotel so good one? Got give guys all these gifts?" Then my fiance told me he bought those, and i still didn't get it...Then suddenly he knelt down and proposed with a brilliant rose ring. There was 2 families beside us, think only the smaller family noticed. I was very shocked...think i mumbled yes. And i dunno y, but felt vulnerable...Then later after the episode i asked why he proposed on his own b'dae, he said there was an element of surprise...and 'harder' for me to say no, so i guess i became his birthday present.
