Finally taking formal jazz piano

Finally tomorrow, i'd try out formal jazz piano lessons at my own school.

I'm pretty excited as this means a lot to me, it's something i always wanted to learn properly. The thing is whether the teacher is good enough and suitable for me. From what i enquired, the admin staff portrayed him to be an advisor in jazz education in the school, and has masters and diploma in both classical and jazz piano. And from what she says, he seems pretty enthusiastic about jazz too, which is good.

It's pretty expensive, beginners jazz piano costs even more than classical piano grade 6 and 45 mins long instead of an hour!!! Although staff gets to enjoy 20% off...

I hope i'd enjoy the lessons and they'd be fruitful sessions....pretty excited about it...
