There are two ways to do something: with conviction and without conviction. When you act with conviction, you do it not because it’s what the world tells you or other people will applaud you, but because you know in your heart it’s the right thing to do. You focus on what needs to be done and you don’t stop. Conviction makes what you do much more powerful.
