After exercising hard for a month, I've finally lost 3kg in 3 weeks!
Believe it or not, I've put on 6kg since the wedding from eating and drinking non-stop from being blissfully married. ?
I've been running 5-6 times a week to slowly get my fitness and weight back to before. Seeing the weight slowly decreasing is a great incentive and pushes me to drag my ass to run. 3 more kilos to go ??????
