Surfing in Hainan

If you want to find some truly beautiful places in Hainan, get out of Sanya and head up the east coast. There, you'll find deserted beaches with mountainous backdrops and good waves. Here are a few pictures from my various surf trips down there in the past year.

As long as I'm living in Shenzhen, I'll be taking frequent surf trips to Hainan. It's really an incredible place to spend a week in a routine of sleeping, eating, and surfing, over and over again.
