Why is food so important to me? If I post a shirt or a shoe, you can eventually find it and possess it. Even live music, can be "obtained" by purchasing the CD or downloading the MP3. But food? While the world's smartest people are figuring out new forms of social media, self driving cars and VR goggles, no one is figuring out how to send a piece of sushi through your phone! And until then, the only way to experience a sublime culinary Master, is to hop on a plane, navigate your own ass to the restaurant, sit down, and eat it! You can gram it, tweet it, snap it, blog it, describe it to your homies...but nothing will replicate the feeling you get when you're actually physically there. Food is the final frontier of experience design. ?????
