Before I head to the train station to head up to Guangzhou, I'd like to blog about the kind of food i eat usually and the kind of food i eat whenever i'm not in Singapore.
I'll eat simple. Keeping fit and eating healthy is always a must for every artiste. But I just have a loving for the local Chicken Rice. I'll eat at least 3 plates a week.
Other times i'll probably eat our favourite Mince pork and fishball noodle, aka bak chor mee
But whenever i'm in hk, i'll be dragged down by my sister for some really fantastic food! such as 许流山
And the best Cheesecakes in HK!
But nothing beats the favourite dish made by my grandmother back in Guangzhou, the minced pork with beansprout, 大豆芽菜鬆. She makes the best of it! and i can seriously finish 4 bowls of rice just with this dish alone.
Found this version online, but doesn't look too delicious to me compared to grandma's.
Dad tried to cook it for himself for the first time, didn't taste as good as grandma as there's a little too much water. But nice try!
I'm gonna get so fat this CNY again!
