LENGTHY REFLECTION TIME! . So I wrapped playing Amelia in Six Feet Above about a week ago- my most challenging on screen role yet, filmed in the most beautiful corners of Singapore. Really really grateful for superhuman producers who don’t seem to ever tire (or rather, who just insist they’re ok and after a while you just accept that they are, as you suspected, superhuman), a director with standards as high as the little voice inside my head and sometimes even higher who doesn’t let me get away with giving anything less than my best, a DOP and AD who kick ass at what they do and don’t get annoyed when I don’t hit my marks, a MUA who watches out for both my face and my soul (lol), co-stars who are so giving and generous and a blast to work with... the list goes on and on. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. I mean just look at the size of the crew behind this film! It definitely takes a village, alright. The real stars are all of y’all behind the camera who created this world from nothing. Really hope I did Amelia’s story justice. I know I sure did a lot of growing on this journey.? .
