Greg Moore and Jazz Poetry

So went to Speak Up last Weds, hadn't been for a long time and always lots of talented people around.  A few people recognized me from the Jazz Poetry night that I used to emcee and organize and asked me what happened, why I stopped.  I guess I've gotten really busy with other things and it made me think TIME to START again. 

So, the next Jazz Poetry night will be Dec 2nd and I'll post details here when we know.

Want to talk about Greg, who is an amazing improv musician.  He sings songs that are stories, he can write a song with lyrics on the spot.  After Speak Up I introduced him to a few musician friends and they were blown away by his lyrics,  He will be at the next Jazz Poetry jam session.

Time to find all my poets and musicians who made Jazz Poetry night so great.
