Hey everyone.
wow it's been a long time since I blogged.
afraid there is not much to tell at the moment. Had 2 projects slip away recently, but not to worry more on the way.
Been training hard lately so that is taking up most of my time. I don't like to have too much mass, but a project we are prepping needs me to bulk up . Oh well. Hitting the gym.
