 After 2 years of tattooing many wonderful customers at the BLACKOUT in causeway bay with my good friend Electric Pick, I have officially closed the doors.......BUT.......have no fear, BLACKOUT has moved into a new location back in the heart of Kowloon.As of April 1st I will be joining my friends Pick and Nic Tse, and opening the doors to the South China Sea Collective.  We can be found at:2F/234 Sai Yeung Choi Street SouthMONG KOK (Prince Edward), KOWLOON
