Hott!　辛～い！

Summer is comming. Rainy season is almost over.

Sometimes it's good eating Hot stuff in the Hot weather.

This is the advertisement of the supermarket. I found one folded in the news paper this morning.

近所の大型スーパーの週末向けチラシ。今朝の新聞に折り込まれていました。家族で囲むスタミナ料理がたくさん紹介されています。最近のキーワードは何といっても”脂肪燃焼””メタボ対策”ですよね。

It's interesting on this flyer you can see Chinese food, Korean food, Japanese food all together.

hot and sour taste. And today on our dinner table there was KIMUCHIキムチ which is Korean pickles.

KIMUCHI is including a lactic acid bacteria乳酸菌, so that very good for our body!

血液サラサラ？

Hot food the best I like is...Thai food.  Sweet,sour, hot...so yummy 一番好きな辛い料理は、タイ料理。

However you know what...I don't like Hot weather I like cooler weather.Well, I have to find something fun in hot weather.
