お酒が好きだー。でも太るから最近はあんまり飲めない。

Today one of my student from folwer lesson gave me a souvenir form Takayama(高山）.A bottle of SAKE! YES!

Takayama is located in the montain. It has clean air and good water, so there are many sake brand in here.

the name is "Hida no tuwamono" means the strong man in HIDA(where it's made)

生徒さんに高山土産の日本酒をいただいちゃいました。うふっ。この人はいつも色んな種類のお酒を下さるのです。

Well I like sake and have drunk many kinds. but today I had is pretty special never drunk like this before.

What is special?

It has an alcohol content of 25%!! HIGH!! usually sake 13% to 16%. Beer in Japan 4.5%to5.5%.

この日本酒、なんと焼酎並みのアルコール度数25%。めずらしい。私が焼酎好きだって言ったから度数が高いのを買ってきたのかしら(^^;)まあいいや。

usually SAKE should not drink with ICE but this one go with ICE

This rare sake taste...

first sweet, feel too sweet, but because of high alcohol it finish very clear.

was interesting.

あまい。とにかく甘い。でも後味すっきり、でした。飲みすぎてしまいそう。
