           Hi evey one long time no Blog .right now I am laydown my back yeard feel CA.yea, this is CA summer day time so hot ,night time u need jacket.but I love here I think I belong here.

          good to do Jackie chen show in china town and good to see my friend stefan from belgim I think you love CA to haha.

          everywhere is BBQ and firework!yea this is America ! the people like BBQ in summer time ,same like me this month toooo much BBQ for me I think I need stop it. got fat! after 3 weeks holiday today I start to traning ,o man my leg is wk . i think need spent more time work on my back yeard. i mean more traning.

            after one and month latter I will back HK.again for the game world cup ( canada) and East Asain game in HK. the mean form sep I will start busy for this year.

             so happy spend time with my famliy. best time ever!
