ARTĒ is proud to debut its 2010 Spring/Summer collection – Florecer. Inspiration stems from the designers’ passion to amalgamate the magnificence of nature to create a myriad of jewellery pieces that mimic insects and flowers. Florecer is interpreted as blossom in Spanish. Designers have expressed the vivid traits of insects and flowers through the abundant assortment of colours and shapes. Nature’s exquisiteness is revealed from an entirely new perspective.
This collection presents a delectable mix of meticulous gem-cutting techniques, scintillating effects, and impeccable colour combinations, in addition to infinite imagination, creativity and exceptional craftsmanship. Each detail is artfully unwrapped to reveal the mystical form of a forest. The entire Florecer collection comprises a compilation of rings and the combination of three jewellery sets:
Through the aesthetic magnifying glass of the ARTĒ designers, the Florecer rings capture the finest details of nature, which is then transformed into opulent jewellery pieces. Flowers and insects are interpreted through the dazzling gems which symbolize the blossoming of life upon the cleansing of spring rain. Morning dews rest placidly on the petals and insects allowing shimmers to be flaunted under the warm-hugging rays of the sun. To harmonize with the flavours of Spring, pinkish and fresh colour blends are used to protrude a burgeoning scene.
Various aspects of flower life are revealed in the three set jewellery collection. An assortment of floral gestures is depicted by designers from various angles, and effortlessly achieved through the marriage between the suppleness of flowers and rigidity of the ARTĒ gems. Despite blossoms and withers, the Florecer pieces deliver eternal gleam that adores the wearer. To augment the purity of flowers, this collection is generously decorated with a handful of gems to swank its sparkle. Its wearer instantaneously becomes the center of attention and admiration.
