that within the next 60 days we would be at level 6. Margaret Chan raised the flag to level 6 24 hours after I made this statement. Paparazzi will ask did I know anything and how come I gave such a conservative number.

Scientists are forced under regulations to no longer give accurate answers but instead ranges and approximations. The higher their role, the more regulations will follow.

Level 6 means that the “spread of the virus continues and activity has become established in at least two regions in the world,” according to Dr. Keiji Fukuda, acting WHO assistant director-general. At present, 74 countries have officially reported 28,774 cases of influenza H1N1infection, including 144 deaths. Addressing the increase in cases and deaths, Dr. Margaret Chan said, “Worldwide, the number of deaths is small. Each and every one of these deaths is tragic, and we have to brace ourselves to see more. However, we do not expect to see a sudden and dramatic jump in the number of severe or fatal infections.”

Currently, the countries with the most cases are:

The highest number of deaths has occurred in Mexico, with 108. The United States is a distant second with 27 deaths. No other country has reported more than 4 deaths. For more details, WHO has published a map of influenza outbreak, which you can access here.

1. All front line medical personel should be on red alert status to preparation how to counter new mutations from this quick spreading virus.

2. The situation is dire and it means that regulators need to move quickly on BOTH a vaccine and non-vaccine solution.

3. In the food & restaurant industries, reports about 16 new chlorine resistant organisms was a major topic of discussion and concern. If a customer were to get very sick, who would cover the damages? The restaurant's insurance or customer's insurance?. On 10 June 2009, I was on the Nasdaq exchange speaking about food safety issues and risks that will be coming up. You cannot vaccinate for a bacterial or viral outbreak in restaurant's food preparation equipment and surfaces. Unless something is done, it will no longer be safe to eat out in the near future. Clearly, new technologies will need to be made accessible to the consumers as these new organisms start to appear.

Clearly since the people who have $ will be able to change things if they understood the science ... I must also go to Wall Street and to make people aware of solutions. This is why I was at the closing bell. If it takes every drop of my blood and energy to make a difference ... I will need to do the right thing.

1. Aside from the H1N1 virus, the mold and the bacteria are getting stronger and more resilient even resistent to chlorinated bleach and stabilized chlorine dioxides (SCDs).

2. Misinformed individuals thinking the entire situation is media hype are under-prepared. Similar to the Bank of America's Ken Lewis' mismatched stories ... health regulators will need to be brought in for questioning on why the virus was left uncontained and levels not raised to highest alert. Answers on helping to manage the economy are out of scope.

Dr. Tierno (Chief scientist from the world's largest privately owned medical institution) warns that we should not sit back and assume a cavalier approach based on the data of 1918.

Dr. Tierno agrees that resistance is a real problem and Tamiflu may not work eventually. It has already been anticipated internally. We can only rely on prevention.

Question is if regulators knew on May 2nd that Tamiflu resistance was a problem ... how come mass transportation was allowed to run actively? Are our regulators more concerned about saving General Motors, AIG, banks, recovering the economy rather than human health?

Or were they misinformed by top scientists and information was withheld?

Prior to my taking on the role of Chairman at BioNeutral Group Asia, I independently rand extensive research on Ygiene. However, I took a recorded opportunity to heavily question Dr. Philip Tierno about what kinds of methods could work including what regulators and doctors suggested: Tamiflu. Dr. Tierno comments that taking Tamiflu too early would create resistence. Wearing a mask with a cluster of cases makes sense and agrees that N95 is useful. He focuses on prevention and does not answer on Ygiene until interview 14 (see below).

Dr. Tierno talks about how Ygiene can take out Bacillus Anthracis in seconds. He explains his early work and his findings on Ygiene. Dr. Tierno mentions how Ygiene is powerful and safe and fast acting. Key point: Notice that Asia was interested in Ygiene on 27 April 2009. These people have clearly been doing their homework.

The US regulatory process is a slow one for any new compound and technology. Ygiene has already passed early phases of EPA approval and this is why commercialization in the B2B arena for Ygiene under "odor & stain" removal for molds was acceptable.

I was announced as the Chairman of BioNeutral Group on May 12and promised people that Ygiene would become commercially available at lightning speeds. Mr. Mold contract was completed on 26 May 2009 allowing consumers to access Ygiene as a mold/mildew odor & stain remover.

Next steps is to leap frog and commercialize in Asia to combat H1N1 with a low cost surface cleaner while USA is expanded in parallel.

How does resistence happen?
