Dear God,
On Palm Sunday, 2009 years ago, You walked here with us. I know that sound and light will allow this message to reach out to so many of us who are in need of Your love and yet when You've given, many of us turned away. In good times and rough times, we need You!
Today, I sent out messages that round up Christians to pray together for peace and harmony around the world using a new twitter account: twitter!@gordonchiu
Without You, life would be meaningless. Lord you are so good because You've always forgiven, always waited, always loved ... thank you!
I also know that You protect ALL LIFE because You are The Creator. Thank You for never letting go and changing Your promises. Your consistency throughout the ages is the one true thing in life. Whenever I study the laws of science, I am reminded by You.
Force=mass x acceleration (in Newtonian Mechanics, this is a constant law).
Weight = mass x gravity (gravity estimated at 9.8m/s2 on Earth is another constant).
Your consistency is evident in all that You've created. Thank You for being around!
Your policy on salvation is also amazing. It has remained the same since 2009 years ago when Your Only Son came here and sacrificed His life for us. What policy remains constant for 2009 years?
Non-believers find it vastly difficult to understand how there can be a Holy Trinity (God, Son & Holy Spirit all in one). We try to use our simple minds to understand the complex. In science, we can only show that cigarettes cause cancer and are harmful. However, we cannot show 'how' they cause cancer and therefore cannot outlaw them. Our methodologies are slow and our laws are imperfect. How can we use an imperfect mind to understand the perfect (example below: Pink Panther Video -can we comprehend what Edwards & Mancini were thinking and their full meaning)? ... and this is just the Pink Panther ... imagine how could we understand You? Thank You for being patient with our kind. Those of us who believe in You throughout the years completely understand why it is based on Faith.
I love You and I am amazed by everything that You do. But we have made a terrible miscalculation and we might not have enough time. I know it is alot to ask to have You give us more time for our grave mistakes. But here is a video for You to see what is already known to You but it is our sincerity on the issue and many of us are sorry for being so careless.
I know that many falsely attributed Einstein to saying:
"If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would only have four years of life left."
May this be in Your Will ... while we (people) make mistakes and are often driven by greed and desires, we are willing to apologize for our wrong doings and change is possible. All of us, are sincerely very sorry!
Thanks for Your help!
Amen!
Biblical Accounts of Palm Sunday (New Living Translation):
Note: Matthew, Mark, Luke & John have similar general writings but each specifically accounts the event on Palm Sunday differently. This is the imperfection of humanity. With God, there is no variation. Each person will find different thoughts after reading these passages just like after watching the Pink Panther. And yet, the generalities is enough to bring us together in Faith to believe in Him!
And BTW, just like we can't the 'how' in many things, we still cannot prove 'how' Jesus was able to be resurrected. He definitely did not use STEM CELLS =D
Jesus’ Triumphant Entry
1 As Jesus and the disciples approached Jerusalem, they came to the town of Bethphage on the Mount of Olives. Jesus sent two of them on ahead. 2 “Go into the village over there,” he said. “As soon as you enter it, you will see a donkey tied there, with its colt beside it. Untie them and bring them to me. 3 If anyone asks what you are doing, just say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will immediately let you take them.”
4 This took place to fulfill the prophecy that said, 5 “Tell the people of Israel, [ a] ‘Look, your King is coming to you.
He is humble, riding on a donkey—
riding on a donkey’s colt.’” [ b] 6 The two disciples did as Jesus commanded. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt to him and threw their garments over the colt, and he sat on it. [ c] 8 Most of the crowd spread their garments on the road ahead of him, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 Jesus was in the center of the procession, and the people all around him were shouting, “Praise God [ d] for the Son of David!
Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the L ord!
Praise God in highest heaven!” [ e] 10 The entire city of Jerusalem was in an uproar as he entered. “Who is this?” they asked. 11 And the crowds replied, “It’s Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.”
Jesus’ Triumphant Entry
1 As Jesus and his disciples approached Jerusalem, they came to the towns of Bethphage and Bethany on the Mount of Olives. Jesus sent two of them on ahead. 2 “Go into that village over there,” he told them. “As soon as you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there that no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 3 If anyone asks, ‘What are you doing?’ just say, ‘The Lord needs it and will return it soon.’”
4 The two disciples left and found the colt standing in the street, tied outside the front door. 5 As they were untying it, some bystanders demanded, “What are you doing, untying that colt?” 6 They said what Jesus had told them to say, and they were permitted to take it. 7 Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their garments over it, and he sat on it. 8 Many in the crowd spread their garments on the road ahead of him, and others spread leafy branches they had cut in the fields. 9 Jesus was in the center of the procession, and the people all around him were shouting, “Praise God! [ a] Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the L ord!
10 Blessings on the coming Kingdom of our ancestor David!
Praise God in highest heaven!” [ b] 11 So Jesus came to Jerusalem and went into the Temple. After looking around carefully at everything, he left because it was late in the afternoon. Then he returned to Bethany with the twelve disciples.

Jesus’ Triumphant Entry
28 After telling this story, Jesus went on toward Jerusalem, walking ahead of his disciples. 29 As he came to the towns of Bethphage and Bethany on the Mount of Olives, he sent two disciples ahead. 30 “Go into that village over there,” he told them. “As you enter it, you will see a young donkey tied there that no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 31 If anyone asks, ‘Why are you untying that colt?’ just say, ‘The Lord needs it.’”
32 So they went and found the colt, just as Jesus had said. 33 And sure enough, as they were untying it, the owners asked them, “Why are you untying that colt?” 34 And the disciples simply replied, “The Lord needs it.” 35 So they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their garments over it for him to ride on. 36 As he rode along, the crowds spread out their garments on the road ahead of him. 37 When he reached the place where the road started down the Mount of Olives, all of his followers began to shout and sing as they walked along, praising God for all the wonderful miracles they had seen. 38 “Blessings on the King who comes in the name of the L ord!
Peace in heaven, and glory in highest heaven!” [ a] 39 But some of the Pharisees among the crowd said, “Teacher, rebuke your followers for saying things like that!” 40 He replied, “If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!”Jesus Weeps over Jerusalem
41 But as he came closer to Jerusalem and saw the city ahead, he began to weep. 42 “How I wish today that you of all people would understand the way to peace. But now it is too late, and peace is hidden from your eyes. 43 Before long your enemies will build ramparts against your walls and encircle you and close in on you from every side. 44 They will crush you into the ground, and your children with you. Your enemies will not leave a single stone in place, because you did not accept your opportunity for salvation.”

Jesus’ Triumphant Entry
12 The next day, the news that Jesus was on the way to Jerusalem swept through the city. A large crowd of Passover visitors 13 took palm branches and went down the road to meet him. They shouted,
“Praise God! [ a] Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the L ord!
Hail to the King of Israel!” [ b] 14 Jesus found a young donkey and rode on it, fulfilling the prophecy that said: 15 “Don’t be afraid, people of Jerusalem. [ c] Look, your King is coming,
riding on a donkey’s colt.” [ d] 16 His disciples didn’t understand at the time that this was a fulfillment of prophecy. But after Jesus entered into his glory, they remembered what had happened and realized that these things had been written about him. 17 Many in the crowd had seen Jesus call Lazarus from the tomb, raising him from the dead, and they were telling others [ e] about it. 18 That was the reason so many went out to meet him—because they had heard about this miraculous sign. 19 Then the Pharisees said to each other, “There’s nothing we can do. Look, everyone [ f] has gone after him!”
