i am involved on working on toxic black mold and many people just don't realize that the spores from this organism contributes negatively to respiration, cause fever, nausea and is a precursor to developing cancer. People about to sell their homes often just put a coat of thin semi-gloss paint over the area and then the mold can't come through. The toxins are still affect the persons health and it is one of the main hidden causes of health crisis globally and is not being addressed properly. You don't want to burn anything that has spores on it. Certain spores are heat resilent and unless you're in an incinerator, you won't be protected.
