East vs West Self-Esteem

Many people talked about the USA's economic issues and it has become a mainstream topic and even used as a joke that the USA exported recession to the other countries. Compare that to Japan which has been mired in recession since the 1990s. While their prior government was overturned it is mostly hush, hush.The USA seems to be digging itself out while Japan is still very much an unknown. Perhaps talking and laughing at your problems can help afterall? 

Self esteem is a problem experienced in the West and the East. In Japan, studies indicate corrective surgery /alterations to "fit" into society's latest looks is favored.

The West has its cases too. However, Western society expresses such self-esteem issues with slants of public humor not found in the East.

Progenitorivox: The prescription for change (it was named using progenitor cells and ivox which makes it sound medical like).

FYI: Progenitor cells are like stem cells. Progenitor cells have a capacity to differentiate into a specific type of cell. Unlike stem cells, they are already far more specific and are pushed to differentiate into their "target" cell. Stem cells also can divide an infinite amount of times whereas progenitor cells have a limited number of divisions.
