Dr. Chiu joins Jedi organization (Q&A)

For all the calls on my voicemail ... here's the answer to the common questions:

Q: Was the announcement real?

A: Yes. It is true I have joined Jedi Mind Inc. on their Advisory Board.

Q: Have you left any of your other positions?

A: No, I have not stopped my works with other relationships (ie. BioNeutral Group, Volcanic Nectar, SureWit etc). All existing projects are ongoing and remain equally meaningful.

Q: Are you concerned about controversy?

A: Controversies existed before we were born and will continue after we die. Whether or not the swine flu exists, whether Qigong or Reiki is effective, whether or not there's really global climate change, whether Marilyn Monroe should have had "The Last Sitting" ... the list is endless. As a scientist you care little about controversies and look for the truth and the benefits to humanity versus the risks. You should remain skeptical and then do your homework and weigh the potential possibilities. 

Q: Why did you do it?

A: Opportunities are dilutive unless there is great meaning to engage. The decision to engage with Jedi Mind Inc., was made after an independent and uniquely positive finding in the medical applications arena. The potential impact of "certain" medical applications to positively affect our lives is game changing. Not only can this provide societal advancements but also it can also reduce rising healthcare costs in areas that have little or few solutions.
