As the sun began to set over New York ... I overlooked the streets from our office in Manhattan, got ready for the 6pm dinner and thought of my favorite underdog movie character (Rocky Balboa) ...

A momentous occasion: We've spoken over the phone, exchanged emails and now we meet in person. His name is Kasian Franks and he's reached out to for assistance in intellectual and business strategy  ( earlier notes).

His claim to fame was when Warner Bros., EMI records and others sued him and he was forced to bankrupt his company: Seeqpod in 2009. Anyone who catches such strong attention had something very special and acknowledges he needs a strategist.

In 2010, Kasian formed a new company named Mimvi and to everyone's surprise the court cases from the music companies were dismissed but they already drained him of his dream. He's asking to rebuild what was lost to him and if I was willing to help him build Mimvi's cognitive search business using biomimetics.

The bill came to over $500 USD which was covered by Ralph (banker). Kasian's return after 2009 is stronger than ever by having a 30+ year banker supporting him.  His new venture (Mimvi) is better than before and cognitive science ventures are extremely hot in search.
