actually the video is not correct, the speech they're quoting from (at least one of them), is from Sept 11th, 1990 - http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Toward_a_New_World_Order It was Bush's speech to congress about the US's response to the invasion of Kuwait and the multi-national operation, coordinated through the UN to counter it... just to put it in context.
