Eagleburger: Early Eagleburger

This is an early Page 2 from Eagleburger #1. Rudy and Jef have written 4 issues to make up the book. I call this ‘early’ because when I drew Eagleburger here in the electric chair, I still wasn’t solid on his design yet. I’ve since filled up a sketchbook getting the shapes of his face right and I think I’m there now. So that means I gotta go back and re-draw him here. Anyways, I’ll be showing some layouts soon to better explain this scene for you. Basically we have the classic setup of Eagleburger on Death Row at the beginning of the story. How did he get here? What’s his beef? It almost makes you want to read more doesn’t it? That’s how they getcha!
