Eating FM "KT Cafe" in Montery Park.. Restaurant Review...

EATING FM "KT CAFE" Episode 18.

Had to meet up with a few heads from the FM Street Team to organize promo and ticket distribution for the International Secret Agents Concert on Sept 7th ( www.internationalsecretagents.com for tickets).. so we decided to roll to one of our favorite spots in Montery Park called KT Cafe ...

We always gotta get the peach-lemon iced tea.. they're generous at KT Cafe and hook it up with a pitcher full of iced tea at the table.

KT CAFE reminds me of late night cafe's in Hong Kong, with all kinds of bomb dishes from rice, spam and eggs to noodles or spaghetti to tuna sandwiches... and all kinds of chinese folks getting they're grub on.. and this spot is always packed.

i remember my first time heading there it felt like a Hong Kong Denny's.. Cuz all the plates are from $5.85-$12.00.. and the portions are HUGE...but with 5000 more items on the menu.

Steak n eggs for  $6.25?

I ordered the chicken steak and fried shrimp... and they hooked it up huge. The chicken steak was the size of a piece of pizza with 5 fried shrimp, salad and rice.

The FM Street Team, talking over how we're gonna spread the word and get tickets out on the streets...

Our goal is 1000 tickets sold by sept 6th... is that even possible? lets pray.

Random trivia of the day... in certain restaurants... why do they put rice in the salt shakers with the salt???

(im looking for the answer cuz i don't know.)

****3 Fingers up*- MUST EAT.. crave for it.. amazing food. If you dont try it your missing out on life…

***2 Fingers up* - Great Taste, if you get a chance… try it… i recommend it.

*** 1 Finger up** - Kinda wish i didnt eat there or order what i ordered … but i ate it and now im full.

- Middle Finger up - i threw it away while eating it… if i had a brick i’d throw it through the window.. and if i had lighter fluid and a lighter.. i’d burn that mutha down…

Restaurant: KT CAFE

Location: MONTEREY PARK, CA 

Price Range: $5.99-$12.99 for dishes. One of the greatest deals for good food in LA.

We recommend: Steak n Eggs n Spaghetti Combo, KT Special Grill, Chicken Steak n fried shrimp Plate, Hainan Chicken, Peach Lemon Iced tea.

Service: always busy.. but they get you your food in a decent time... and always get you your free refills.
