FOG IN HONG KONG

FOG is opening the HK indie film festival on NOV 13th and i will be heading out that way to attend and celebrate with our lovely cast and some other FOG family members...Kit, Patrick, Terence, Phat, we'll all be there and hope you can come and join the fun...good times...good times...

患了一種罕見失憶症的偉，決意在家人和朋友矛盾的憶述中拼湊自己的過去。然而，身邊一張一張的撲克臉卻仿佛隱藏了許多不可告人的秘密。秘密背後的線索，既連繫著偉的過去，亦牽動著偉的將來。《霧》的故事背景時夕香港回歸十年，影片隨偉飄流於歴史的十字路口，從日常點滴中帶出了時代的淪喪。飾演偉的尹子維演活了一張迷茫卻堅定的臉孔；出身武術世家的原麗淇發放出內歛的深度演繹；無線甘花演員丁主惠亦有叫人眼前一亮的演出。來，投入導演的世界，走進這一片迷霧之中。

Wai, a young man whose memory has been wiped entirely clean from a rare amnesia, tries to recall his past through the conflicting recollection of his family and friends. Their poker faces seem to be hiding some secrets, which Wai will finally determined to confront with. The story was set at the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong reunification with China, rather than introducing the audience to some grand history events, Director tries to show how a memory loss can affect the smallest moment in life. Terence Yin, who gives a remarkable performance as Wai, is faraway but convincing. Eugenia Yuan, daughter of martial arts legend Cheng Pei-Pei, acts calmly and deeply. Even our familiar TVB actress Camy Ting offers us a different sensation. Fog astonishes you in its own pace, just follow it.
