June 21/3 union 1 voice

Yesterday was the first ever joint effort between WGA, DGA and AFTRA creating a scene reading night (partially staged) and spotlight on AP talents from all 3 unions. The room was packed, each scene flow from one to the next effortlessly. The audience was hanging onto every moment of each scene.

I had fun both being in the audience, watching, and  being infront of the audience, taking part as an actress. Met a lot of female writer/directors as well.

It was a wonderful first. May there be many more to come.
