I'm a person that take care of detail and will put my heart to making sure every endeavor will visualise. I love to eat and love to cook. I love to focus on cooking and make people happy with the food I cook.

1）把材料准备好， Prepare the ingredients

2）熬汤, Prepare the Stock

3) 烫面，过冰（加强面更的Q度，面也会比较有口感），在上碗前把面烫热。

Boil the noodle, simmer with ice to increase the elasticity, then reboil before serving.

4）装碗，加料，美观。Add into bowl, add hot stock, add ingredients and garnish.

这碗面很好吃的没骗你们。Its truely yummy bowl of noodle.
