Lady Precious Stream: 1935

This is a copy of the play written by S I Hsiung "Lady Precious Stream" it was translated into English and staged in London. I found this in an antique book shop in London. Its a 1935 copy and there's a theatre programme attached to the script. Its a very rare find for me and I was elated to have found it.  

I will be posting a few of the antique theatre books here to show to the world. The oldest I have is a Dress Design Handbook that was printed in 1913 so its will be 100 years old in 4 years time.

As far as I am concern, any "non living-thing" older than double my age is "antique".

I'm hoping to find the 1st edition of "The Magic Faraway Tree" by Enid Blyton, if anyone has the source for it please let me know.
