In Taiwan, there seem to be lesser restrain for fireworks display. Operators could fire these colorful sparkles in the street in close proximity of human. I was standing nearby to film this. I could have gotten closer if I wish, no policing people around that could have stopped me. Interesting aspect of slack in fire regulation. Which in this case was a pleasant surprise.
