A couple of weeks ago I took the fam bam to the San Diego Comic Convention, the largest Art Cultural event in North America! I’m an undercover comic book junkie and I’ve been going for the past 13 years back when it was just nothing but old guys with tables full of comics talking about the great Jack Kirby. Now the con has grown into a jump off spot for all the A-list movies, television and cable shows to promote their new stuff. This is the one time of the year you get to preview things from around the world… and for a very select few, own a signed product before it hits the market! I really enjoyed seeing all the latest from the major studios and some very interesting things from the independents! I ran into a couple of guys within the small circle of independent “Action” filmmakers and had a blast… I look forward to working with them in the near future. Overall, the day was long and full of non-stop eye candy… and as usual I went over my budget getting some exclusive merchandise to store with the rest of my “MIB” collectables hidden in my undercover geek HQ… Haha! You can check out some pix in my "Comic Con" photo album. If you get the chance to attend the next SDCC in 2009 go! You will become a fan overnight and make the event a part of your life!
Changing the world... one frame at a time!
