DJ Bam - Live at Mighty Breaks
Back in January, I opened at the Mighty Breaks 3 Year Anniversary party and all DJ sets were recorded.
this is only the first 30 minutes or so of my set, which was originally supposed to be a tag team with DJ Marlarkey, but due to the severe rain that day he was unable to make it from his home in the north bay.
i started out with a few older tracks and stuff i don't normally play, but that's the beauty of the opening time slot: you can warm things up with whatever you want (yes, that includes the "peanut butter jelly time" song).
my gains and main output levels on the mixer were a little off and were eventually corrected. however, that meant the levels on my mix change drastically about 30 minutes in...hence, my cut+edit. you only get the first 32 minutes and 55 seconds.
here's the tracklist:
Grandmaster Melle Mel and the Furious Five - White Lines
DJ Regal - Rock The Funky Beat
Sway and Tech - Follow for Now
DDB Records - Booty Down Bronx
BT - Love, Peace and Grease (BT's Puma Fila Mix)
Mr. Zim & Pablo Ingles - Peanut Butter Jelly Time
Basement Jaxx - Take Me Back to Your House (Balti Skool Mix)
