METAL GEAR SOLID 4 : GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS

Oooooh yes....

Its been a good 4 long years for this game of games to come.  System seller is the right word, as I didn't buy a PS3 until this game was coming out.  Its a bit of history repeating itself, as I did the same with the PS2 when GTA 3 and MGS 2 got released.  If there was any game that deserves to be played on a huge flat-screen, headphones and a completely free day, this is that game.  Probably the pioneer of the "cinematic-game", Metal Gear's presentation and production values are through the roof.  Producer Hideo Kojima should really be a director, as he just has a great visual sense and storytelling style.

The real kicker is that I totally missed out on meeting him and getting a signed copy of the game because it just happened in New York Times Square.... and it just happened to happen when I moved to Hong Kong!

Anyway, time to shut out the world for the next 24 hours.....
